Our case management service can support children, young people and adults with full clinical case management, behaviour therapy and vocational rehabilitation.
Our network of over 100 case managers support clients through clear goals and support to access statutory and private services, therapies; working alongside families, support networks and clinicians.
Expert Witness Services
Within our expert witness service you can access over 80 specialist expert witnesses who are able to provide Liability, Causation, Breach of Duty and Fitness to Practice reports and Quantum reports covering 15 areas including Accommodation, Assistive Technology, Wrongful Birth, Vocational, Care and Nursing.

At Bush & Co specialist case managers support clients who have suffered a catastrophic injury or disability following personal injury or clinical negligence. Our highly experienced and qualified case managers help you to manage your client’s rehabilitation so that they can rebuild their lives following injury. Our case managers have a minimum of seven years’ experience each and on average have 16 years’ experience.
All our case managers follow the Rehabilitation Code (2006) and align to the guidance of bodies such as CMSUK, BABICM and the VRA UK. They support clients with clear goals and rehabilitation plans, support the client in all aspects of their life including therapies, financial health, accessing statutory services, regaining independence and life within the community.
Our expert witness services include both liability and quantum reports including causation, fitness to practice and breach of duty as well as accommodation, care, care/OT, Loss of Service, nursing and Speech and Language Therapy.
Our services are delivered with full and robust quality assurance frameworks and we operate a Chinese walls system across the service which enables to expert witness to remain professional and objective and removes any conflict of interest within the case.
Our expert witnesses have on average 23 years’ experience in their clinical profession which brings a wealth of knowledge and objective opinion to a case.
