Bush & Company moving forward
By Dominic Riley
As Chairman I wanted to update you about the exciting recent changes at Bush & Company, following the appointment of Rachel Bush as our new Managing Director.
Rachel led an away day recently and reminded us all of our company’s core purpose. Bush & Company is in business to help people who suffer serious and catastrophic injuries. We will always put our clients at the centre of what we do, whether they are claimants, defendants or internal customers. We will always be fair in all of our dealings. This is the basis of our superb reputation in our industry.
Rachel has made it clear that we will continue to grow the business with our existing services – expert witness, immediate needs assessment, case management, vocational case management and our behavioural service. At the same time we are investing in new people, new office systems and new IT software.
To support Rachel as Managing Director, Karen Burgin has a new title as Director of Case Management and Rehabilitation Services. There is a new role for Amy Dooley as Expert Witness Services Manager. Several new employees have joined since Christmas and we are recruiting for more significant roles both at March House, our head office and in the field.
I look forward to exciting times ahead.
