Leanne Potts

Leanne is an occupational therapist with extensive experience in case management and vocational rehabilitation in both Australia and the UK.  Leanne worked for seven years in the field of disability support and statutory welfare providing a range of services including case management, referral and signposting services.  She has been involved in case management in the personal injury sector since 2004.  Her caseload has focussed on complex orthopaedic injuries including amputations and has also included burns, de-gloving and crush injuries.  Leanne has strong mental health experience working with individuals with PTSD, anxiety and depression both as a primary illness and a sequelae to a physical injury.  Many of the individuals that Leanne has worked with have had long standing injuries and have developed chronic pain in addition to their primary injury or illness.

Beccy Westaway

Beccy has diverse experience as a physiotherapist within the NHS, military and private practice, and has treated a wide range of complex conditions.

Beccy has been working as a Rehabilitation Case Manager in the UK since 2011, and is an advanced member of BABICM.

Beccy predominantly works with adults who have sustained catastrophic injury, including brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex orthopaedic injuries and other neurological conditions. She has specialist knowledge in dizziness and balance disorders.

Abigail Guettler

Abigail is an Occupational Therapist with more than 10 years of neurological rehabilitation experience. Her clinical focus is with clients who have sustained moderate or severe brain injuries, pre-adolescent children who sustain significant head injuries and experience ‘neuro-cognitive stall’, a brain injury which reveals itself over time, as well as clients who have sustained an incomplete or complete spinal cord injury.

Abigail is skilled in working with clients who cope with cognitive impairments, challenging behaviours, comorbidities, mental health concerns and pre-injury health histories.  She supports and facilitates a client’s desire for supported community living; regardless of the complexity of their needs.

Ann Johnson

Ann is a Registered General Nurse with 34 years of post-qualification experience in acute orthopaedic, general surgery and medical ward settings. For the last ten years, Ann has gained in depth understanding of those clients who have sustained single or multiple amputations and/or complex orthopaedic injuries. This includes the subsequent psychological and physical issues that the client and their families have to face following a catastrophic injury.

Annie Broome

Annie has worked both with injured patients when they are first admitted to hospital and those who have been injured for many years. She has experience of the initial hospital-based rehabilitation process post injury and its provision through statutory services. After clients discharge from hospital, Annie has experience of coordinating appropriate domiciliary specialist care services and other physical and psychological support for both the client and the family members.

Darren Ayres

Darren is a registered Occupational Therapist who has been working with individuals with complex disabilities and neurological impairments for the last ten years.  Darren has worked in a variety of community and hospital based settings prior to his role as a Case Manager.  He has a comprehensive understanding of the complexities individuals face following injury and a thorough awareness of the many diverse and challenging elements attributed to the litigation process.
