Helen joined Bush & Company as Managing Director in July 2016 with responsibility for overall strategy and leadership within the business as well as business development, quality and clinical independence.
Prior to joining Bush & Company Helen spent four years at NAHL Group as Group HR Director, sitting on the Operating Board and held HR leadership roles at Everest, BUPA and Tesco.
Helen holds a BSc (Hons) and an MBA.
Sarah joined Bush & Company in July 2016 and is accountable for the delivery of an excellent service for both instructing and injured parties.
Sarah is a registered nurse with 30 years of experience; specialising in neurosciences, intensive care and rehabilitation. Sarah joined the case management industry in 2002, and in her most recent role prior to joining Bush & Company had responsibility for 12 teams of rehabilitation and case management professionals; working across the injury acuity scale.
HEAD OF EXPERT WITNESS SERVICES
Amey started her career in the automotive industry before moving into the healthcare sector in 2008.
More recently, Amey held the position of Head of Community Services and Registered Manager for the UK’s largest mental health charity, which included expert witness services.
HEAD OF REHABILITATION AND CASE MANAGEMENT
Fiona joined Bush & Company in 2015 and is responsible for line management of our operations managers and supervision of our case managers and supporting the development of the service. Ensuring our quality standards are adhered to in all cases.
Fiona is a Registered Nurse with over 24 years’ experience of working with patients and clients in a range of primary and secondary care settings.
Prior to joining Bush & Company managed the internal Rehabilitation team at a leading insurer.
Abid sits on the Operating Board and his responsibilities include management of the Finance function, financial modelling, forecasting and financial reporting.
Abid holds a BSc (Hons) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, having trained with PwC.
