Karen Burgin, Registered Nurse

Karen Burgin, RGN, has over 20 year experience in nursing and is a specialist in neurology. In her role as Case Manager, she has organised and implemented a range of care and support packages to clients with a broad range of catastrophic disabilities, including brain injury, children with cerebral palsy and more recently spinal cord injury. Karen Burgin has a particular interest and level of experience in the care management of teenagers with acquired brain injury, particularly in relation to education and behavioural issues.

Rachel Bush, RGN, is a partner of Bush & Company. Rachel is a spinal nurse specialist with over 20 years of experience. Rachel manages the team of expert witnesses and case managers. She has been trained as an expert witness including report writing and courtroom skills.
