Joanne has worked in the healthcare profession since 1988, attaining her Advanced Diploma in Nursing Studies, and Nursing and Midwifery Council registration in 2003. Joanne worked in the private and public sectors.
Since gaining her professional registration she has specialised in forensic mental healthcare and has spent the past 13 years working in a regional secure unit providing a service to mentally disordered offenders requiring conditions of medium security. Helen Wall is a dual qualified Registered General Nurse & Specialist Practitioner in Community Health as a Health Visitor qualifying in 1994. Helen has extensive clinical experience in:

Bill has worked in healthcare since 1983, commencing his nurse education at the Salisbury School of Nursing in 1986, qualifying in 1989. Following his qualification he has worked exclusively for the NHS and was most recently employed as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Tissue Viability with Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust and is now practising as a nurse on a spinal injuries unit.

On qualifying as a general nurse Helen spent a period of time in the acute setting and following this started work in the community. Due to her enthusiasm and drive Helen became the youngest person at the trust to achieve a senior role as a Specialist Practitioner District Nurse managing a team.
Helen is an Advanced Nurse Prescriber and as well as covering all aspects of general nursing in the acute and community settings has significant experience in diabetic care, palliative nursing, wound care, bowel and bladder issues and intravenous therapy.
Alison Conway is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as both a Registered General Nurse and an Independent Nurse Prescriber. She has over 30 years’ clinical experience in both the NHS acute sector and the community, caring for adults and children. She is an experienced expert witness having completed a number of liability and quantum reports for both Claimant and Defendant. Her expertise is wide ranging and covers both medical and nursing negligence alongside assessment and care reports required for all disability, injury or illness as a result of road traffic accidents, accidents at home and at work. These disabilities include paraplegia, tetraplegia, catastrophic injury, cerebral palsy and neuromuscular disease. Alison has particular expertise in respiratory and thoracic care and management, including tracheostomy, ventilation and occupational lung disease.
Susila has worked in health care settings for 35 years; both in the UK and abroad. She is a Registered Nurse and Midwife alongside being a tutor and has held several management posts.
She has experience in:

- Care of the Elderly – all aspects of patients assessment, tissue viability, falls prevention and discharge planning

Jackie Rutter is a Registered General Nurse with 36 years of experience of providing assessment and care for adults with a range of traumatic, surgical and terminal clinical conditions including serious and minor injuries / illnesses, peri-operative care and the complications associated with both acute and chronic care. She gained additional skill-sets and knowledge in her work overseas, at NHS Direct and more recently from her role as a Specialist Clinical Advisor with the Care Quality Commission.
Following her registration, Jackie worked as a staff nurse in General Surgery, Orthopaedics and Accident and Emergency . She went on to become a senior Night Sister based in Accident & Emergency. As well as hospital-wide site management responsibility and provision of hands-on care overnight, she managed staff, coordinated patient flows and responded to emergency situations.
Alison became a healthcare professional in 1988. Qualifying as an Nurse in 1990 she commenced her nursing career working on a busy Trauma and Orthopaedic ward during which time she gained a specialist Orthopaedic Nursing Certificate. In 1994 she converted her nursing qualification to that of a Registered General Nurse. Since that time Alison has worked in all aspects of Accident and Emergency Care as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
Alison has been working as an expert since 2011 and has extensive experience in writing reports pertaining to Emergency Department and Minor Injury Units. She has specific interest in:

- Management of traumatic injuries/wounds (minor injuries) to include

Roy has worked in the healthcare profession since 1998. He qualified as a Registered Nurse Adult (RNA) in 2005. He has experience of nursing homes both private and local authority owned and provides training and advice regarding standards of documentation, policies and procedures for the private sector. He has 14 years NHS experience and has been operating as a Senior Nurse or Advanced Practitioner since 2006.
