Experts on Housing Adaptations

Bush & Company provide comprehensive reports, written by architects who are amongst the most experienced access consultants in the UK.

Architectural Services

The detailed reports are suitable for insurance and court claims on behalf of people with all types and levels of disability.

We provide three main types of accommodation report - 1) immediate needs reports, 2) quantum expert witness reports and 3) reports regarding housing adaptations and new build.

Immediate Needs Report

Our Immediate Needs Service provides fast, detailed and cost effective recommendations on the adaptation of existing accommodation to meet the immediate needs of people with newly acquired disabilities.

Our highly experienced architects provide a report detailing both the specifications and costs of changes that can be made in the short term to enable people to return to their homes following a disabling accident or trauma.

Expert Witness Quantum Accommodation Reports

Bush & Company’s Accommodation service provides detailed reports on the long term accommodation needs of a person with any type or level of disability on either a joint instruction basis or for the claimant or defence.

Following careful study of all the available information, and after a home visit and sensitive discussion with the individual and his or her carers, our experienced architects provide recommendations either for adapting existing accommodation, or for the identification and modification of accommodation that can be more effectively adapted for long term care. The reports include full supporting evidence and detailed capital and long term maintenance costs.

New Build

We are able to design purpose built accommodation for those with any long term disability.
