Bush & Company Launch New Job Seeking Support Programme
By Bush & Company
Bush & Company is pleased to announce the launch of its Job Seeking Support Programme.
The programme launching this month will be available to support Bush & Company Clients with their job seeking activities under the guidance of the organisations Vocational Case Managers.
The specialist programme has been designed to help clients find a job by identifying suitable vacancies and will offer a consistent and structured approach to job seeking with access to updated and reliable resources. The course will focus on teaching the client to sell themselves effectively to employers in writing, by telephone and in person.
An introduction and resource pack will be provided to each client in order for them to keep comprehensive notes while taking part in the course. The Vocational Case Manager assigned to the client will decide which modules would benefit from in order to tailor the learning around the needs and abilities of the individual.
The modules available include Dealing with Change; The Job Market; CV Writing; Application Forms; Cover Letters; Interviews; Speaking to the Employer on the Telephone and To Disclose or Not!
Bush & Company Operations Manager Linda Ingram said “Our Job Seeking Support Programme has been established to help clients understand unemployment as a key change in their life, the stresses this can cause and how to take some control when starting to look for work. Our Case Managers set clear goals for their clients from the start and provide access to our Vocational Services in the early stages of Rehabilitation.”
“We are delighted to offer this new service to our clients and we hope it eases the anxieties related to returning to work following a life changing injury.”
