Care Management
Our care managers support clients in the home who choose direct employment as the right choice for them when needing support workers and nurses within the home. They are highly experienced in the implementation of care packages in the home and the ongoing management of support staff; ensuring safe, effective, well-led and compliant care with dignity and respect.
Whether working in tandem with case management or independently, the primary focus is to ensure the provision of ongoing care over the long-the quality of care and the transition between milestones.
If your client does have a case manager supporting their rehabilitation, our care managers can support them in all administration and compliance tasks related to care; meaning the case manager can focus on rehabilitation outcomes and be on hand for changes in circumstances such as times of crisis, work or education.
Our care managers lead on important tasks such as support worker supervision, medication management, rotas, family liaison, care planning and care reviews, clinical training, competency sign-off and other critical clinical governance actions.
Employment Support
Our care managers and Head Office team support with all HR elements on direct employment, from recruitment advertising and interview support through to onboarding, payroll and pensions, employees relations (including absence management) and leaver processing.
When faced with being an employer, clients don’t have to worry about the HR responsibilities legally required or insurance and our experienced team includes roles responsible for HR administration, support worker training, onboarding and compliance co-ordination and payroll.
This support is built to support all aspects of direct employment within the home to lend a helping hand.
Onboarding Package
Whilst our care solutions can offer full support to your clients as employers, our experience shows us that not all directly employed support workers, carers and rehabilitation staff require ongoing care management and employee relations support. We appreciate as a deputy however, there may be cases where some specialist support in terms of direct employment best-practice is needed, or you could benefit from outsourcing key tasks to ease workload.
You can choose to instruct Bush & Co Care Solutions to carry out all onboarding tasks on behalf of your client which includes all pre-employment vetting and checks, through to issuing of contracts and the creation of a HR file. We then hand over the fully compliant HR file for you and/or the client to manage on an ongoing basis.
This cost-effective efficient service is delivered by our head office team who have many years’ experience in HR within the care sector and means your administration tasks and time is reduced. You and your clients also have optional access to our approved training provision for support workers.

This package is charged as an hourly rate and our transparent approach to the services we provide ensures you receive an itemised breakdown as well as a weekly progress summary.

HR File Health Check
HR compliance is vital in keeping both your clients and support workers, carers and rehabilitation staff safe. Bush & Co Care Solutions holds a wealth of HR experience, particularly within the care sector and we understand the complexities and time involved in ensuring compliance.
We provide a fixed-fee* health check on HR files for the support workers directly employed by your clients, including any client files you have inherited.
Our health checks on HR files include the review of:

Our HR Health Check can be used in a number of scenarios including the TUPE of support workers and annual audits.
You are able to instruct us for a health check without using our onboarding support and care management services if you simply wish to ensure compliance with all HR matters.
