Chris Woodman

By Bush & Company

Chris started his professional career as an architectural technician in a number of prestigious practices, where he gained significant experience of undertaking projects, including constructing new inclusive residences, or adapting existing buildings to suit the future needs of the occupants. This included both minor and major refurbishment works, making properties fit for occupants with specific needs and requirements. This work gave him experience of both how to principally adapt buildings but also how to produce detailed specifications and drawings to procure the construction work as well as extensive knowledge of architecture and how to adapt buildings of all differing types and ages.

This was followed by roles in building surveying and project management.

Chris is considered an advocate of inclusive and adaptive design throughout all areas of his work and specialises in difficult property adaptations to meet specific medical needs. He considers his strongest quality to be the manner and diplomacy of how he conducts himself professionally in all given circumstances.
