The situation with COVID-19 is now changing daily.
We can assure you that Bush & Co will remain open and to offer service throughout this crisis and stay ready to respond to whatever may happen next. Referrals can still be made.
We continue to follow the advice published by our colleagues in Public Health England at all times.
Given the most recent guidance we have taken the following actions:
1. Over the course of this week (16 – 20 March 2020) we have sent our head office team to work from home. Our BCP preparations mean that we can provide 100% service with home working as all staff will retain connectivity.
2. We are advising our Case Managers to do as much as is possible via telephone and Skype or alternative video conferencing facility. If new assessments are already booked and with all new referrals we will be contacting you to find out how you and the client wish to proceed as we can still provide a face to face service subject to guidance and agreement from all stakeholders. Risk assessments are being completed around care and therapy; contingency plans are being made as required.
3. We are advising our Expert Witnesses to make contact with you and the client before visiting. Face to face visits can continue subject to safety and preference; telephone services will be offered as an alternative or alternative dates. Case conferences and court attendance will again be subject to safety and preference.
4. We have opened a COVID advice line such that a single point of reference can give advice and information to all Case Managers and Expert Witnesses regards individual circumstances
Our technology has now been refreshed, is resilient, robust and provides a secure environment to meet these changing demands.
Client and customer wellbeing will be at the forefront of our minds at all times.
