We’re delighted to announce that from 16th September we’ll be welcoming Elaine Johnston to our team as partnership liaison manager for SIA Case Management.
Elaine joins us from the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) where she has worked for the past five years and leaves the role of corporate fundraising coordinator. During her time at the SIA Elaine was responsible for maintaining relationships with the charity’s corporate members. In particular she ensured members were up-to-date and informed of the charity’s plans, was instrumental in the production of the ‘Solicitors Guide’ and a number of the SIA’s important events and training.
Elaine will be responsible for the specialist case manager training that the service delivers through its joint venture between Bush & Co and the SIA. This unique partnership allows our case managers to receive ongoing training and development in spinal cord injury, client needs and future developments. Elaine’s extensive experience of spinal cord injury and building relationships is a great step forward for the service and allows us to continuously develop the knowledge and experience held within the service.
She will also be responsible for the relationship between Bush & Co and the SIA as part of our joint venture with the charity. She will help to shape the service to meet both parties’ needs and will work closely with Adam Fletcher, Client Director, to ensure those we provide services to are informed of the benefits of using SIA case management; expertise, responsiveness, giving something back and client care.
Helen Jackson, Bush & Co Managing Director said “Elaine joining the team and paying such a central role in the partnership between Bush & Co and the Spinal Injuries Association is great news for our joint venture service (SIA Case Management). Her knowledge and understanding of spinal cord injury from a clients perspective and the needs of the legal sector will ensure we continue to evolve and develop what has proven to be a relied upon and trusted service over the last 18 months. I’m really pleased to welcome Elaine to the team.”
