Helen studied Community Nursing in the Home and adult nursing before beginning case management and expert witness work in 2015.
Helen has specialised in brain injury, amputation, burns, complex orthopaedic injuries, chronic pain, cerebral palsy, general musculoskeletal and soft tissue injury, hand and upper limb injury, incontinence, oncology, spinal injury, strokes and vocational rehabilitation for adults throughout this time.
Helen also can create care reports and nursing liability reports.
Helen is based in Hull from where she can easily and efficiently commute to cover North East England and the Midlands.
Bush & Company now has a national network of over 152 case managers and expert witnesses specialising in catastrophic injury. All with a minimum of 7yrs experience in their area of expertise.

Xenia Saunders joined Bush & Company’s award winning Case Management team in June 2016.
Xenia trained as an Occupational Therapist at the University of Cape Town.
Xenia has specialised in brain injury, amputation, complex orthopaedic injuries, chronic pain, general musculoskeletal/ soft tissue injuries, hands & upper limb injuries, strokes and helps those with catastrophic injuries and disabilities return to work.
Xenia is based in Chepstow from where she can easily and efficiently commute to cover South West England.
Bush & Company now has a national network of over 75 Case Managers specialising in catastrophic injury. All with a minimum of 7yrs experience in their area of expertise.

The Paul Bush Foundation Trust was set up by Bush & Company Rehabilitation in 2012 to provide grant funding to individuals with acquired physical disabilities and the organisations that support them.
Our aim is to assist those with an acquired physical disability, as a result of an accident or birth injury to improve their physical, psychological and emotional well-being via the provision of grants to address the individual needs. We also support registered charitable organisations in England whose objectives are solely related to the provision of grants to address individual needs.
Bush & Company donated Andrew a new pool liner for his hydrotherapy pool.
Andrew benefits greatly from his daily exercises in the pool and it is used daily come rain or shine. The Paul Bush Foundation has certainly helped us to improve Andrew’s well-being, once again a big thank you for your kind generosity, words cannot describe our thanks it is so appreciated

Since October 2012 the Trust has donated a total of £223,636.71, of which £108,212.71 has been awarded to individuals and £115,424.00 has been awarded to organisations.

Bill has worked in healthcare since 1983, commencing his nurse education at the Salisbury School of Nursing in 1986, qualifying in 1989. Following his qualification he has worked exclusively for the NHS and is currently employed as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Tissue Viability with Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust.
Bill is based in Salisbury from where he can easily and efficiently commute to cover South West England.
Bush & Company now has a national network of over 65 Expert Witnesses specialising in catastrophic injury. All with a minimum of 10yrs experience in their area of expertise.
