Bush & Company offer a bespoke service focussed on helping the individual employee and employer achieve return to work in a timely, supported and appropriate manner following sickness absence as a result of injury, chronic ill health, mental ill health or disability.
Our service includes:
  • Individual assessment of vocational and functional abilities
  • Action plan with SMART objectives
  • Cost effective recommendations supporting return to work
  • Return to work assessment
    • Identify reasonable adjustments that support continuing work in original role or;
    • Identify and develop modified duties for individuals who are unable to manage all of their job functions
  • Coordination of treatment and therapy to improve function and ability to work
  • Referral to relevant external statutory¬†support services e.g. Access to Work
  • Graduated return to work plans for those unable to initially return on full hours or duties
  • Employer support in meeting the Equality Act (2010)
  • Provision of career advice and guidance¬†to individuals unable to return to their original job or career.
