Clinical leadership and guidance

We pride ourselves on developing and delivering training to our case managers which is enhanced by peer-to-peer networking and supervision as well as regular clinical audits. Within these clinical audits, case managers are able to seek a new perspective, discuss ways to move forward and share their clinical reasoning which enables them to best support their clients.

We also run a bespoke mentorship programme for our case managers covering core competencies and clinical specialties. It’s designed to bring out the best in our case managers and maximise the inherent value people bring to our clients and services. Within the programme, case managers are mentored throughout by senior, experienced case managers and clinical operations managers and are developed through CPD, guidance and frameworks to maintain the highest professional and ethical standards in how we conduct our case management services.

Our associate and employed case managers are led by Fiona Kenny, Head of Case Management and Rehabilitation and supported by clinical operations managers who supervise and provide support to case managers through case audits, case guidance and reviews including report quality checking.

The case guidance meetings in particular give our case managers the opportunity to discuss particular client’s needs and explore new perspectives and ways of approach to complex situations where there are barriers to engaging in rehabilitation.
