Full Quantum Report

Our Full Quantum Reports involve a thorough assessment of the claimant and are meticulously prepared to meet court compliance standards, making them ideal for complex or high-value cases. We can conduct the assessment either face-to-face or through a convenient video link, and we can arrange a follow-up face-to-face appointment if needed.

In a Full Quantum Report, you can expect:

• A detailed clinical evaluation of the claimant;
• Recommendations concerning past, current, and future care, therapy, and/or therapy needs;
• Comprehensive cost breakdowns, including equipment, therapy, and care provision, with clear references to the source of costs;
• Inclusion of relevant clinical guidelines and evidence-based research when necessary.

Short Form Quantum Reports

Our Short Form Quantum Reports offer a summary of the case and rely on the evidence and documents provided by the instructing party and may include a detailed telephone assessment with the claimant. These reports are not for use in court but are valuable tools, particularly for lower-values cases or as a preliminary guide at the start of a case.

There are three options for short form reports:

• Care and case management, including past care
• Care, aids and equipment and therapy
• Future care and case management

These reports help initially quantify potential needs, especially when interim payments are being considered. Compared to Full Quantum Reports, the Short Form Quantum Reports offer:

• A condensed summary with limited clinical reasoning;
• Less detailed information, while still providing an overview of potential care and therapy requirements;
• A focus on case value assessment, without extensive references to external documents, research, and guidelines.

Whilst not CPR 35 compliant, there are options to convert this report to a full Quantum court-compliant report.
