Last year their network or passionate and experienced case managers assisted over 2000 clients in their rehabilitation including emotional, physical and vocational needs. In 2018 they also launched SIA Case Management in a joint venture with the Spinal Injuries Association, a service working solely with adults and children following a spinal cord injury.

Working with SMSR means our Case Managers are able to have access to the expertise of a charity working on essential spinal cord injury research, helping us better assist our clients with their rehabilitation. It also provides a great platform for SMSR to share their work with clinical professionals and our network of legal teams working with affected clients. We’re thrilled to be working with them and supporting a charity that shines a light on the secondary complications after an injury”

Research Grants Manager for Stoke Mandeville Spinal Research, Derek Cutler, said: “Each year in the UK around 1,200 people are diagnosed with a spinal cord injury (SCI) many of whom will experience life-long complications as a result of their injury. We are delighted that Bush & Co has chosen to support us a Gold Partner this year. As a small charity we aim to work closely with our partners to enable everyone to benefit and broaden understanding of spinal cord injury and associated challenges.
