Rehabilitation Pathways at Bush & Co

Every rehabilitation journey is different and, whilst initial diagnoses of headline injuries may appear straight-forward, the reality of case management is often far more complex. From clinical rehabilitation to social, economic and vocational elements, case managers must consider a wide variety of intricate factors that may create barriers to successful rehabilitation – all of which require careful assessment, clinical insight and coordinated support.

Through six pathways following the rehabilitation journey from the index event through to settlement and long-term outcomes, we explore how case managers identify needs, anticipate barriers, and evolve and adapt to developing circumstances whilst supporting client goals. Starting with Stacey, we demonstrate how expert case management with Bush & Co supports effective rehabilitation, through early identification of the right case manager, a coordinated approach to complex rehabilitation, and holistic goal-setting in the short- and long-term.
