Bush & Co welcomes Harvinder Sondh as Commercial Director
Bush & Co is pleased to welcome Harvinder Sondh, known as Harvey, as Commercial Director.
Harvey joins Bush & Co at an important time for the business as we continue to grow, develop our services and strengthen relationships with customers, partners and professionals across the UK.
In his role, Harvey will lead Bush & Co’s commercial growth strategy, with a focus on product development, proposition design and strategic relationships. He will work closely with customers and colleagues to ensure our services continue to respond to changing market needs, while supporting high-quality outcomes for clients, families and the professionals who work alongside them.
Harvey is an accomplished commercial leader with extensive experience driving growth, stakeholder engagement and organisational transformation across professional bodies, regulated environments and Royal Chartered organisations.
Having worked across sectors including law, engineering and healthcare, Harvey brings a broad perspective on customer needs, partnership development and sustainable commercial growth. His leadership is characterised by strategic clarity, strong commercial judgement and an ability to bring teams and functions together around shared objectives.
Harvey began his career as a community pharmacist for a national chain before moving into publishing, membership and senior commercial leadership roles. This varied background gives him a strong understanding of both professional services and regulated markets, as well as the importance of building propositions that deliver real value.
