Case clinics give different perspective, support & clinical expertise

Working with people following catastrophic injury is not a typical 9-5 role. It’s a role that requires a special type of person; someone who cares, sees the whole picture, challenges when it’s right and helps people find their way.

It also requires clinical expertise and support. With a network of over 100 case managers across the UK and dedicated operational leadership by clinical professionals, we’re proud of the perspective we bring to cases and the support we provide.

At Bush & Co, our operations managers run case review meetings on a regular basis with their case managers to look at outcomes and client progression. To complement this we also host monthly case clinics which provide a ‘fresh pair of eyes’ and different perspective on a particular challenge for a specific client.

Samantha Hadley, Operations Manager and Registered Nurse Mental Health, who hosted a recent clinic along with operations manager Barry Lehane, said of the sessions:
