Our care managers support clients who choose direct employment when needing support workers and nurses within the home. They possess unrivalled expertise in coordinating the quality and delivery of patient care following catastrophic injury and support clients to enjoy fulfilling lives.
Employment Support
Our care managers and Head Office team support with all HR elements on direct employment, from recruitment advertising and interview support through to onboarding, payroll and pensions, employees relations (including absence management) and leaver processing. Our team also offer an Onboarding package as well as HR File Health Check.

Care Needs Assessment Reports offer an independent, professional evaluation of your client’s care needs, how those needs are currently being met, and recommendations for future provision.
